We, the catechists and volunteers of St. Philip Neri’s Parish Religious Education Program answer Christ’s call by facilitating encounters with Christ for our children through sacrament preparation and teaching our children the basic truths of our faith. Our goal is to support the catechesis that is taught in the home by the first leaders of faith formation, the parents and guardians of our students.
Meeting Times:
- PREP is held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:45PM
- Homebased Catechesis is available levels 1-6
- Confirmation PREP Class will meet every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM, Start Date TBD
The program is offered to families with students in grades 1 through 7. Classes are held in the SPN Parish Hall, 1325 Klinerd Rd., Pennsburg, PA 18073.
Sacraments:
- First Penance and First Holy Communion are offered in Level 2
- Confirmation is offered in Level 7
- Continuous education is required to be eligible to receive the sacraments

1 child- $200
2 children- $300
3 or more children- $400
