PRE-CANA

Pre-Cana is a ministry to prepare couples to enter the Sacrament of Marriage. Our weekend program, given by married couples of our parish, helps engaged couples grow closer to each other and in their understanding of a successful and sacramental marriage. We offer this program once a year, usually in the Spring.

For more information or to register, please call the rectory at 215-679-9275.

PRE-JORDAN

(Baptism Preparation)

Parents are the most important models of faith in the lives of their children. Pre-Jordan ministry provides an opportunity for parents to informally meet with other families preparing for their children's baptism and reflect on their own relationship with God. Considering their personal faith experience and sharing it with others helps parents assume their responsibility as Christian role models for their children.

Pre-Jordan class will be scheduled once monthly. Please call the Rectory office at 215-679-9275 for details.

PREP

RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION

OF ADULTS (RCIA)

More Information

What is it?

The RCIA or Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is the Church's process of journeying with adults in their relationship with God, becoming familiar with Catholic teachings and practices and become acquainted with members of the parish.

Interested?

Individuals interested in exploring and discerning membership in the Catholic Church meet with our RCIA Team on a weekly basis to discuss these teachings in light of Sacred Scripture and Tradition. This process is for non-Catholics who wish to receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Eucharist. Also, Catholics who desire to have a deeper knowledge of the Catholic Faith are most welcome to participate.

Children over 7 years old who have not received the Sacraments of Reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist are invited to participate in a similar age-related program. Please contact the church office at for details.
